Amy Smart, an American model, actress and actor. Amy Smart was born and was raised in California, United States of America. She began her modeling career in Italy. In 1996 she made her first appearance as an actress in the TV movie Her Costly Affair. She struggled with the transition to acting because models weren't considered an actor, so they typically were given small roles. Amy did not give up.
