Nicky Whelan has been an Australian actress, model as well as a television host since May 10, 1981. The actress gained prominence in Australia because of her character Pepper Steiger, which she played over a 100 episodes in the Australian soap opera Neighbors between 2006 to 2007. She made her Hollywood debut on two shows. The first one was Hollywood & Wine a comedy choral project in which she played a young aspiring actor. The 9th series of Scrubs she appeared as Maya who plays a beautiful medical student. Suddenly, the show is canceled. The actress continues the shooting of a comedy by the Farrelly brothers Good to shoot, starring Jason Sudeikis's Owen Wilson then appearances in short series and B-series films. In 2013, she was given some more roles that were viewed as more prominent including six episodes of the show detective Franklin and Bash and her first permanent role in Chosen in Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. In the first 2 seasons, she is Chad Michael Murray and also plays the role of the responder. In the following year she appeared in the supporting parts for two films featuring aircraft scenes. One was Flight 7500 One Way Back on the SyFy Channel along with other actors from the television industry and Le Chaos (an action film starring Nicolas Cage). The actress is an air hostess. She shares the poster of a new TV series called Matador, with Gabriel Luna. The series is a thriller in which the actors play CIA agents, and is produced by director Robert Rodriguez however does not exceed a season of 13 episodes. A pilot of a different series, that hasn't had much success, is in development. The trailer of Borrowed Moments, a B series romantic comedy, was shared by Brian Krause in 2015. She then starred as Kadi Cuoco Josh Gad Kevin Hart and as Kadi Hart for the comedy Witness for Rent. The novel Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was extensively distributed. She is also featured in five episodes of Satisfaction.
